Most conventional plastics are manufactured from hydrocarbon feedstocks.

When suitable plastics can no longer be economically recycled through conventional mechanical recycling, thermal conversion can provide another recovery pathway.

In a controlled low-oxygen environment, heat breaks long polymer chains into smaller hydrocarbon molecules.

Those hydrocarbon vapours can be recovered, condensed and separated into useful liquid hydrocarbon fractions.

Green Fuel Tech then subjects selected fractions to additional separation, upgrading, quality-control and blending stages according to their intended application.
